The Legal Services Corporation of Virginia Loan Repayment Assistance Program (LSCV LRAP) provides educational loan repayment assistance to attorneys and non-attorney staff employed by LSCV’s grantee organizations in Virginia through a partnership with the non-profit Fosterus. The purpose of the program is to strengthen and expand civil legal assistance for eligible low-income individuals by enhancing the recruitment and retention of qualifying staff by legal assistance programs funded by LSCV.
