Enrollment in the LRAP is a two-part process:
- read and sign the program Promissory Note via fosterus.docsign.click, and
- add your student loan documentation using this secure webform: https://forms.gle/tkihLK3Ych2qtuXr9 (we cannot presently link electronically to loan data).
Logging in to the Fosterus portal
- Eligible participants will receive an email from info@fosterus.docsign.click and begin by verifying their email address.
- Upon verification, a password to the Fosterus portal is generated and delivered via a second email message.
- Eligible participants use their verified work email address and password to login to the Fosterus portal at fosterus.docsign.click.
- Note: press ENTER or RETURN on your keyboard to input your credentials.

Note: Some signatures will be rejected by the system. Typically this occurs when users sign with their initials. If you face this issue, try a longer-form signature.

How to Access Your Student Loan Documents
More details about how to access the loan documents is below:
- Log in to your federal loan servicer’s site (for example: MOHELA.studentaid.gov).
- Choose the ‘More…’ drop-down menu and select ‘Tools & Requests’.
- Click Printable Account Information (also known as Mortgage Verification).
- Click Print and Save as PDF.
- Enter your 10-digit Account Number and upload the PDF file to Fosterus using this secure webform: https://forms.gle/tkihLK3Ych2qtuXr9

After Both Enrollment Steps are Complete
Fosterus disburses LRAP awards directly to student loan servicers (on or near the 20th of each month) and in most cases, LRAP payments post to student loan accounts between the 1st and 7th of the next month.
Disclosure Statement Updates After Each LRAP Disbursement
Your disclosure statement is on the final page in the Fosterus portal and can be referenced only after Fosterus disperses your first award. Any time after that your disclosure statement can be accessed by logging into your Fosterus portal at fosterus.docsign.click.
Your Designated LRAP Contact
Each employer organization has an LRAP designated contact that adds eligible participants to the Fosterus system (and may add newly eligible participants any time).
At least once a month via email, Fosterus invites eligible participants to enroll. If you are expecting these emails but have not received them, please check your spam folder before reaching out to your LRAP designated contact.
Your LRAP designated contact initiates your LRAP enrollment process by inputting your email so if you have not communicated with your LRAP contact, you can find their information using our Programs page.
- Choose the donor program that applies to your area.
- Scroll down to the “How do I enroll?” section.
- Locate your employer and click to expand the details of your LRAP designated Contact.
It is normal for there to be a gap between your LRAP designated contact adding your information to the Fosterus system and receiving your first communications from Fosterus.
Note: Your IT manager has been asked to add Fosterus IP addresses and domains to your Safe Sender and Allow Lists.
