Find and save the PDF file containing your federal student loan 10-digit Account Number

2. Choose the More… drop-down menu and select Tools & Requests:

3. From the Tools & Requests menu, click Printable Account Information (sometimes called Mortgage Verification):

4. From Printable Account Information, click to Print:

5. From your Print dialog box, choose Save as PDF:

NOTES:
Depending on your browser and settings, the PDF file may automatically download to your Downloads folder.
Nelnet and CRI’s navigations look a little bit different–‘Documents’ then ‘Mortgage Verification’.
Private loan servicers each have their own navigation and terminology. Private loan Account Numbers won’t always be 10-digits. Try searching your private servicer’s site for Statement or Mortgage Verification–any documentation of your private loan Account Number(s) will do!
