Fosterus is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes in
accordance with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. More specifically, Fosterus aims to increase access to quality healthcare, education, social, and legal services for disadvantaged communities by providing loan repayment assistance programming for public service positions within nonprofit organizations and government entities, which exist to meet the healthcare, education, or social service needs of underserved and vulnerable populations.
